What it does

Heroku's official MCP server wraps the Heroku Platform CLI as structured tools: list and create apps, scale and restart dynos, read app logs, provision and inspect add-ons, run Heroku Postgres diagnostics (psql, locks, outliers, backups), toggle maintenance mode, and create or promote pipelines. Every call is a deterministic Heroku CLI/API operation against your own account. Runs locally over stdio.
