FindAgent

Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 June 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of FindAgent (“FindAgent”, “we”, “us”), the marketplace for cross-platform AI agents, including this website and the application at beta.findagent.cloud. By creating an account, joining the waitlist, publishing or using an agent, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use FindAgent.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use FindAgent. You sign in using a third-party identity provider (GitHub or Google); we do not store a password. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your provider account secure.

2. What FindAgent is

FindAgent is a marketplace where creators publish AI agents and buyers connect them to their own AI assistants (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini). Agents may be declarative (a description of instructions and tools that our shared runtime executes) or code agents (the creator's own code, which we run in an isolated, single-use sandbox). FindAgent provides the marketplace, hosting, and connection layer; it does not author third-party agents.

3. Buyers

  • When you obtain an agent, you receive a personal, non-transferable right to use it through FindAgent for as long as your access is valid.
  • Your access to a paid agent is tied to your completed purchase, not to the agent's current price; a later price change by the creator does not affect access you already hold.
  • Refunds. Paid agents are refundable in full only — partial refunds are not offered. If a purchase is refunded, your access to that agent ends. See our Refund Policy for details.
  • You are responsible for any credentials (such as API keys) you provide to operate an agent, and for your use of an agent's output.

4. Creators

  • You retain ownership of the agents and content you publish. You grant FindAgent a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, distribute, and (for code agents) execute your agent solely to operate the marketplace and deliver it to buyers.
  • You represent that you own or have the rights to everything you publish, and that it does not infringe others' rights or violate any law.
  • Revenue share. Where an agent is sold, you receive a creator-first revenue share — the majority of the applicable net revenue — subject to payment-processor terms and our payout process and thresholds.
  • Every submission passes an automated security scan and human review before publication. We may decline, delist, or remove any agent that fails review, violates these Terms, or poses a risk to users.
  • Code agents are executed only in isolated sandboxes; you must not attempt to escape that isolation, access other users' data, or exfiltrate credentials.

5. Payments

Purchases are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of record for your transaction and handles payment collection and applicable taxes; your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms. FindAgent administers creator payouts separately. Prices and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use FindAgent for anything unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive;
  • publish malware, secret-stealing code, or agents designed to harm users or third-party services;
  • attempt to breach the sandbox isolation, security controls, rate limits, or access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access;
  • scrape, overload, or interfere with the service; or
  • misrepresent your identity, rights, or an agent's capabilities.

7. Third-party AI platforms

Connecting an agent to a third-party AI assistant (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) is also subject to that provider's terms and pricing. FindAgent is not responsible for third-party platforms or for changes they make.

8. Disclaimers

FindAgent and all agents are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Agents are created by third parties; we do not guarantee their accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or results. AI output can be incorrect — verify it before relying on it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindAgent will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to FindAgent for the relevant agent in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Suspension & termination

You may stop using FindAgent at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or poses a risk to users or the service. You may request deletion of your account and data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product and our legal obligations evolve. We will post the updated version here and revise the “last updated” date; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer-protection law grants you other rights. Questions? Email team@katatechnology.co.
