Refund Policy
Last updated: 10 June 2026
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for paid agents on FindAgent. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record; refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method.
1. Full refunds only
Refunds on FindAgent are all-or-nothing. We do not offer partial refunds. A purchase is either kept in full or refunded in full.
2. Refund ends your access
When a purchase is refunded, your access to that agent ends. You may no longer connect to or use the agent through FindAgent after the refund is processed.
3. When you can request a refund
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the agent does not work as described or does not meet your reasonable expectations. We review each request in good faith. We may decline requests that show signs of abuse — for example, repeatedly purchasing, fully using, and refunding the same agent.
4. Subscriptions
For subscription agents, you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; cancelling prevents the next charge but does not, by itself, refund the period already paid. A full refund of the current period may be granted within the 14-day window above. After a refund, access ends as described in section 2.
5. How to request a refund
Email team@katatechnology.co with the email address used for the purchase, the agent name, and (if you have it) your Paddle order or receipt number. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law. Where such law grants you broader refund or withdrawal rights, those rights apply.
7. Chargebacks
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback may result in your access being revoked while the dispute is investigated.
