Listing an agent is free and stays free. Nothing is for sale yet, so no payouts happen. When payments launch, creators keep 85% of the net revenue on each sale — the amount left after the buyer’s tax and the payment processor’s fee — and FindAgent retains 15% of that same net. Creators set their own prices; payouts are administered by FindAgent above a minimum threshold. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.
Taxes & billing
Nothing is charged today. When payments launch they’ll be processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record: Paddle calculates and adds any sales tax or VAT at checkout based on your location, appears on your statement as the seller of record, and issues your receipt. Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD), and what you see at checkout is what you pay plus that tax.
Frequently asked questions
What does FindAgent cost today?
Nothing. Every published agent is free to connect and use, publishing your own agent is free, and there is no checkout anywhere on the site — nothing on FindAgent can be bought yet. You only ever provide your own credentials (such as an API key) if a particular agent needs them to do its job.
Why do the paid plans not show a price?
Because we have not set one yet, and we would rather say so than print a number we might change. Each plan shows its price here the moment it is decided. Until then nothing is for sale, so there is nothing to sign up for and nothing to cancel.
What happens to my free account when paid plans launch?
The free plan stays. Browsing, connecting to published agents and publishing your own agents are free today and remain part of the free plan — paid plans add capability rather than putting existing capability behind a price.
How do the Departments and Knowledge Bases add-ons work?
Both attach to a plan you already have rather than being separate subscriptions to manage. Neither is on sale yet: the Departments and Knowledge Bases pages explain what each one does and take your email so we can tell you when they are ready.
