FindAgent

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how FindAgent (“FindAgent”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data when you visit findagent.cloud, join our waitlist, apply as a creator, or otherwise interact with this site. FindAgent is a marketplace for cross-platform AI agents. By using this site you agree to the practices described here.

1. Data we collect

  • Waitlist data. When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you provide.
  • Creator application data. When you apply as a creator, we collect your name, email address, and any profile or project links you choose to share.
  • Technical and usage data. Standard information such as device and browser type, approximate region, and pages viewed — collected only via the analytics tools below, and only after you consent.
  • Communications. If you contact us, we keep the content of your message and our reply.

We do not collect special-category (sensitive) data, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 16.

2. How we use your data and our legal basis

  • To operate the waitlist and notify you about launch and early access — consent (which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time).
  • To review and respond to creator applications — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a relationship.
  • To keep the site secure, reliable, and functional, and to understand aggregate usage — our legitimate interests, balanced against your rights.
  • To comply with legal obligations where applicable.

We never sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal effects.

3. Cookies & analytics

Essential cookies are always set to run the site (including your cookie-consent choice). We also run Sentry for essential error monitoring: it reports application errors so we can keep the site working. On this site it is configured errors-only — no session replay, no performance tracing — and an outbound scrub strips your email, name, and IP address from every report before it is sent, so no personally identifying information is recorded. Only after you click Accept in the cookie banner do we load these non-essential analytics tools:

  • Google Analytics 4 — sets _ga / _gid cookies to measure traffic. We share a single GA4 property with the app (beta.findagent.cloud) for cross-domain measurement.
  • Vercel Analytics — privacy-friendly page-view measurement.
  • Vercel Speed Insights — anonymous Web Vitals (LCP/CLS/INP) performance metrics.

None of these load until you consent, and you can decline with the Reject button. Clearing your browser cookies for this site resets your choice so the banner reappears.

4. Sub-processors

When you join the waitlist or submit a creator application, we share the data needed to process it with these third-party processors, each acting on our instructions under a data-processing agreement:

  • Supabase — database hosting; stores your waitlist or creator-application record.
  • Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery; sends your waitlist / creator-application confirmation email.
  • Slack — internal team notifications; your email (and name, for creator applications) is sent to our private team channel so we can follow up.
  • Sentry — error monitoring (errors-only, with an outbound scrub that strips email, name, and IP before any report is sent).
  • Google — analytics, only after consent (see section 3).

5. Retention

We keep waitlist and creator-application data for as long as needed to fulfil its purpose (contacting you about launch, or assessing your application) and a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Aggregate analytics data is retained according to each provider's standard retention settings.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR and KVKK), you have the right to access, correct, export (data portability), and delete your personal data; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at team@katatechnology.co. We will respond within the timeframe required by law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

7. Security

We apply industry-standard safeguards: encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls and row-level security on our database, encryption of sensitive credentials at rest, and least-privilege access for our team. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.

8. International transfers

Our providers may process data in regions outside your own. Where data leaves your region, it is protected by appropriate safeguards (such as the providers' standard contractual clauses) consistent with applicable law.

9. Children

FindAgent is not directed to children. You must be at least 16 years old to use this site or submit your data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product and our legal obligations evolve. We will post the updated version here and revise the “last updated” date. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate.
