Description

Grafana's hosted MCP server connects an agent to a Grafana Cloud stack: finding and managing dashboards and folders, inspecting data sources and running queries against Prometheus, Loki, SQL, CloudWatch, Elasticsearch and Pyroscope, and managing alert rules, routing and silences. It also reaches Cloud-only surfaces — Incident, OnCall, Sift investigations and the Grafana Assistant — and proxies any tools a Tempo data source offers.
