Description
Customer.io's hosted MCP server gives an agent access to the full Journeys UI API and the CDP Data Pipelines API through a small set of generic tools: it discovers endpoints, reads data and performs writes from natural-language prompts, and fetches Customer.io-maintained skills — task-specific instructions — on its own when it recognises a multi-step job. Each user authenticates with their own Customer.io login.
