Braze's hosted MCP server connects an agent to a Braze workspace to read aggregated data — Canvas and campaign analytics, custom attributes, segments, KPIs and purchase series — and to create and update email templates, Content Blocks and media library assets. Braze states that tools exposing user-level personal data are deliberately not available.
