Twilio's hosted documentation server. It is a discovery surface rather than an account control surface: an agent searches Twilio's guides and API operations in natural language, then pulls the complete request body, path and query parameters and response schema for the operations it found. It touches no Twilio account, moves no money, and sends no messages.
