What it does
Marketing Attribution and ROI Reporter replaces the monthly exercise of merging channel spend, pipeline and closed revenue into one spreadsheet — a day or two of work for a growth lead, repeated every month. You supply the per-channel numbers: spend, touchpoints, first-touch counts, pipeline value, closed revenue and customers acquired. The agent applies a multi-touch attribution model to redistribute revenue, then computes CAC, LTV, the LTV to CAC ratio, payback period and ROI per channel, and proposes a budget shift for each — increase, maintain or decrease — with the signals behind it. The attribution model handling is the reason to trust the output. Four models are supported — linear, first-touch, last-touch and u-shaped — and the choice materially changes which channel looks best. A last-touch model flatters your paid search; a first-touch model flatters your content. So the model in effect and its exact assumption are always surfaced in the report's warnings, never silently applied. If you take this to a budget meeting, the assumption is on the page rather than in someone's head. The LTV assumption gets the same treatment: derived at roughly three times first-period revenue per customer unless you override it, and stated in the output either way. Each step is callable alone. `apply_attribution` shows what the model does to your revenue split before any efficiency metric is computed — useful for comparing two models against each other. `compute_channel_metrics` gives the full per-channel table. `recommend_budget` gives the shifts with their reasoning. `rank_findings` sorts the channels worst-first. Every figure is computed deterministically and is exactly reproducible from your input. The language model narrates the recommendation for an executive audience and never invents a number. No connectors and no credentials — the analytics, ads and CRM field names describe the shape of what you paste in, not systems the agent calls. Built for growth leads and marketing executives.
CAC, LTV and payback per channel with a budget shift — and the attribution model always stated, never assumed.
